Comfortable beds, central heating, TV, and a microwave oven in the room. A bath in the bathroom. Favourable location in reasonable proximity to casinos, in the decent area. Very friendly, professional people working here.

I had a fantastic stay on vacation with a room that had a jacuzzi.

This was a good stay on vacation. The room was huge, neat and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven. Its beds were nice...

The smell of cigarettes in the room, no toiletries, the bathroom was dirty and even though the check-in was at 4:00 pm we had to wait over an hour to get our room.

We did not want to leave, strongly recommend. We had a good stay thanks to the hotel's friendly and helpful staff. Had good sleep at the deluxe room with a jacuzzi. the price was US$ 102. the location of the venue was favorable and comfortable - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Ripley's Believe it or Not.

Closeness to Boardwalk and casinos

Soap was extremely small for two guests. Room was not cleaned and serviced

Dirty room, locked lobby that nobody answered the bell to get in, no breakfast even though it was advertised, nobody returned my request to let me know if they had an airport shuttle, too far away from airport even though it said it was 2.4 miles away! Etc, etc

Had a great one-night stay at this hotel and appreciated it. the double room had all the essentials, such as a microwave and a fridge. the staff was friendly and provided helpful local information. the location was good and perfect, not too far from Alligator Alley.

All their signs are lies. No breakfast in the morning and no 32 inch led hd TV's at all. It says all brand new rooms, and they are not!!!
